Emerging Gong Schools
Aligning with integrating Tai Chi and Qigong to support population health models, our Hun Yuan Open Heart, Tai Chi and Qigong School provides integrative self-care practices. In addition to being healthful and mindful, integrating the principles and concepts taught in Taijiquan is a pathway to better health. It is also a journey into oneself.
Daoist internal arts have been practiced for thousands of years. By collaborating and working together, Emerging Gong offers authentic ancient practices by honoring three distinct lineages: we celebrate three Grandmasters, Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang, Grandmaster & Dr. Pang Ming, and Grandmaster Mantak Chia.
